Participation in this event requires each participant to complete all of these steps:
1.) RSVP on Mid Atlantic Touring WhatsApp community to reserve your spot,
2) Fill out the registration form
3) Participate in a pre-event video call meeting or a 1:1 phone call with the organizer, Mary P
4) Join the Mid Atlantic Touring WhatsApp community group for this event to share your plans, ask questions, stay in touch with the group prior to and during the event, share pictures, etc.
Arrival Day - TBD: Arrive at Plymouth, MA or Myles Standish State Park
Accommodations: You must book your own accommodations!
Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth or nearby hotels in Plymouth, MA
Camping: Myles Standish State Park
We can visit the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock upon arrival in Plymouth, if you'd like.
Day 1 - TBD: Shuttle : Plymouth to Boston, then Ferry - Boston to Provincetown
We will shuttle our bikes to Boston with Mary's truck and a trailer if necessary.
Take the ferry from Boston to Provincetown. You must book your own ferry ticket! More info coming soon for specific ferry tickets to buy.

Note: Ferry ticket price (person + bike) is ~$90 + fees (~$97 total, as of 2024 season) for the 1:00pm shuttle.
Accommodations: There are many options for hotels in Provincetown. You must book your own accommodations!
Hotel: Choose any hotel or other accommodations in Provincetown, MA. The town is small and walkable/bikeable. Join the conversation in WhatsApp to share lodging plans.
Camping: Dune's Edge Campground - Please check with the campground to make sure it will meet your needs.
Day 2 - TBD: Ride from Provincetown to the Cape Cod Rail Trail to Eastham.
We'll ride on back roads as much as possible to the end of the Cape Cod Rail Trail, then on the trail to our accommodations in Eastham (~30 miles + lighthouse site-seeing).
We can take a site-seeing detour to the Nauset Lighthouse.
Accommodations: You must book your own accommodations!
Hotel: Four Points Sheraton Eastham or Viking Shores Motor Inn or Captain's Quarters, or other nearby hotels/motels
Camping: Maurice's Campground or Atlantic Oaks RV Resort
Day 3 - TBD: Ride from Eastham to the western terminus of the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
This section is an off road, all paved trail. From the end of the trail, we'll ride a few miles to hotels in the Hyannis/Yarmouth area or hotels near the Cape Cod Mall. (~30 - 35 miles).
Accommodations: You must book your own accommodations!
Hotel: Doubletree Hilton Cape Cod - Hyannis or Fairfield Inn & Suites Cape Cod - Hyannis or several hotels near the Cape Cod Mall
Camping: Not available near this location
Day 4 - TBD: Ride back to Plymouth.
We'll ride back to the Cape Canal, walk our bikes across the Sagamore Canal Bridge, and ride through Miles Standish State Park back to Plymouth. This ride day will be all on roads. We'll try to ride the route with least traffic, which may add mileage. (30-40 miles)
