Below are links to some of our favorite bike touring and cycling products.
Some products are best if they are chosen to fit your body and your physical needs. For those products, please visit a store in person to get help selecting the best fit for you.
What I like: A bike bell is a must-have for riding on trails! Warning pedestrians and other cyclists that you're passing is a requirement. This bell is not only nice looking, it has a nice loud bell tone.
What I like: Comfort without much of a break-in period. I know purest cyclists disagree with using a large seat, but it works for me! I also put a cushion pad over it. I prefer to have a pad on the seat/saddle rather than in my shorts, eliminating that wet diaper feeling.
Slime tire puncture sealant - Amazon
What I like: Easy to use and it works! Comes with a hose for easy access to the tire stem.
Big Agnes 2 person bikepacking tent - REI
What I like: Great tent in general, very light weight. For bikepacking, pole segments were made shorter for easier transport on bike, and it comes with webbing for handlebar attachment as shown.
This list may not be a complete list of everything you should bring on a bike tour, but it's a good start.
